Submit Dietary Info
To ensure you have the best experience at camp, please submit your dietary info (if applicable) prior to arrival at camp.

Waivers and Forms
Print, sign, and send us the Camp Tilikum Participation Agreement. You can also bring the printed and signed copy with you when you arrive at camp.

If you are under the age of 18:
You will need a parent or legal guardian to complete your registration, which includes an additional Medical Authorization form. You must bring your printed and signed forms and activity waivers when you arrive at camp.
